You bracelet will already come gift wrapped in a jewelry box with a pouch to keep your bracelet safe during shipping. The larger bead boards will come is a white shipping box and nicely wrapped in tissue paper. Smaller boards with be shipped in a padded envelope or small corrugated box with secure paper wrapping and then tissue paper.

You are welcome to add a gift message to your order and I will print it out and ship it with the order.

Please roll your bracelet over your hand onto your wrist instead of stretching out the bracelet to put it on. This way your bracelet will last much longer.

Wooden bead boards only need to be wiped clean with a slightly damp lint free rag.

I try my best to ship out within 2 business days. If you order anytime of the day on Friday, your item won’t be shipped out until Monday. Engraved bead boards will ship out no later than 3-4 days after the order is placed.

Please let me know ASAP if there is a problem with your order. The post office won’t help me fix the issue if I wait too long to report it, but rest assure you won’t have to pay for a broken bracelet. Regardless of the post office I will replace your item at no charge to you. Please ship the bracelet back. You will be refunded the shipping fee if any and the price you paid for the bracelet.

Please measure your wrist before ordering. Make sure the bracelet you are ordering is slightly larger than your wrist.
If you’re not happy with the way your bracelet fits please do not keep wearing it. Wrap it back up in the tissue paper and pouch and ship it back to me within 7 days of delivery and I will issue you a refund once I receive the return.Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item back to me. If you decide you would like me to ship out a new size bracelet, you will be charged shipping fees.

You can return or exchange an item in it’s original packaging including all jewelry bags and boxes. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs involved in a return or exchange. Refund amount will be for the price of the product only. I do not refund shipping cost for an exchange or return for any reason. This cuts into any profits made in a small business. I also DO NOT refund, return or exchange any custom made items for any reason unless the name you provide doesn’t match the name on you item. I appreciate your understanding.

Unless you want your name engraved on your bead board-my business name will be engraved at the top of the board. There is an additional fee for personalizing your bead boad- (please see listing for price). I will engrave up to 4 words at the top of the board. Good choices of words or phrases would be your first name or the name of the recepiate or your business name up to 4 words or 25 letters. Your engraving will be in the script font you see in the pictures unless otherwise stated or you request a different font. I will also use a block letter font if you like that better. If you have other questions about the engraving of your bead board please reach out to me. I would rather you ask than for you to pay for engraving that you do not like
